cANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy
As an independently owned practice we are passionate about ensuring as many patients as possible benefit from our services.
This policy is set to minimise this loss of valuable clinical time where we believe we could be helping hundreds more patients maintain and improve their oral health.
We understand that sometimes plans change and to accommodate our patients’ schedule and ensure smooth operation of the clinic, we have implemented the following 24-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellation Notice
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the slot to other patients who may be on a waiting list.
How To Cancel
Cancellations can be made via phone, or where available through our online booking system.
Late Cancellations
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee will be charged as per the below fees.
This fee helps cover the cost of the reserved appointment time.
No Shows
Patients who do not attend for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the amounts as listed below under Fees or where stated for the full amount of the scheduled service.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
